Prawn and Gnocchi

I'm Pauly and this is my second foray into the world of food blogging. I previously had a blog called "easychefireland" which  but some stroke of bad luck I got locked out of a little while ago so I would start again. I'm a psychiatric nurse living in Cork for the last 20 years. I have adored cooking and baking and importantly eating good food since I was very young. Living in Cork has only intensified this over the last 20 years. I am biased at this stage but I think the Cork has some of the best restaurants in the country. What I'm hoping to do here is share my recipes, food and wine recommendations.I have no formal training however I have been cooking for about 25 years now. My first time so to speak was when my sister taught me to make pasta & lasagne. Thanks sis.
